Refund policy

We truly want you to love your Meadow Moon blanket. As many of our blankets are personalized and all of our products are made fresh to order, we kindly ask that you double check your order details and sizing before purchasing.

However, if your blanket isn’t quite right for any reason, we’re happy to accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. We kindly ask customers to cover the return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging where possible. Proof of purchase will also be required.

Please contact us at shop@meadow-moon.com within 14 days of your order arriving to arrange a return or exchange. We’ll be happy to guide you through the process and provide return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

As many of our blankets are personalized and custom made especially for you, cancellations may not always be possible once production has begun. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us at shop@meadow-moon.com and we’ll always do our best to help.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll work quickly to make things right for you as soon as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know when your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
