Where are your blankets made?

How are your blankets made & what are they made of?

All of our blankets are produced on a machine called a 'Jacquard loom', weaving together a combination of monochrome and solid colored cotton yarns one strand at a time, to produce blankets that are 100% cotton.

How do I care for my blanket?

All of our blankets can be washed on a gentle wash cycle with a mild detergent - we suggest 30C or 90F. If the weather is dry they will love being hung out to dry outside, but if not they can be tumble dried on a low heat as well.

We DO NOT recommend using any chlorine bleach on your blanket.

Ordering Help

Can my order be gift wrapped?

At the moment we don't offer a gift wrapping or gift message service. This is something we hope to be able to offer in the future.

How can I track my order?

You should receive a shipping confirmation email. This should also contain a tracking link so you know where your blanket is and when to expect it.

If you have double checked that the address details are all 100% correct and your order hasn't arrived within our standard shipping times, please contact us at shop@meadow-moon.com with your order number and will investigate this for you straight away.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately with the details of your order number at shop@meadow-moon.com

if your blanket hasn't been sent to production yet we can usually cancel this for you, but they are a speedy bunch and once your blanket has entered production we’re unfortunately unable to stop the order from being made.

If your order has already entered production, don’t worry - you’ll still be able to arrange a return once your blanket arrives in accordance with our returns policy.

Do you offer refunds?

We truly want you to love your Meadow Moon blanket. If it’s not quite right for any reason, we’re more than happy to help arrange a return or refund.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery and kindly ask customers to cover the return shipping costs.

Simply email us at shop@meadow-moon.com once your order arrives and we’ll help you with the next steps.

Can I exchange my blanket for a different size?

Please double check the sizing charts on each product page before placing your order, especially for personalised blankets that are made just for you.

If you’re unsure which size would be best, feel free to contact us at shop@meadow-moon.com and we’ll be more than happy to help answer any questions before you order.

We want you to truly love your Meadow Moon blanket, so if your chosen size isn’t quite right, we’re always happy to help arrange an exchange.

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery and kindly ask customers to cover the return shipping costs.

In the rare event that you receive the wrong size due to an error on our part, please contact us as soon as your order arrives and we’ll make things right for you as quickly as possible.

There is a problem with my product, what should I do?

We're so sorry you have had a problem with your order, sometimes mistakes can happen and if they do, we want to resolve them quickly for you.

To help us resolve any issues with your order, please email us at shop@meadow-moon.com within 7 days or receiving your order and include your order number and any other details or images of the item. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes. All prices shown to UK customers include VAT where applicable. International customers will see pricing and taxes according to their location and local regulations.

Where do you ship from?

All of our blankets are produced and ship directly from the USA

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship directly through our website to customers in the USA and Mainland UK.

If you’re located in Australia, or New Zealand, you can still shop with us through our Etsy store, where international shipping is available: https://meadowmoonblankets.etsy.com

How long does shipping take?

Our blankets are made to order, if you have ordered a personalized blanket, we will work on your design and aim to send your files to the production team within 24 hours.

Shipping to the US mainland takes 5-10 business days.

Shipping to the mainland UK can take 10-30 business days. We usually find our blankets arrive a lot sooner than this, but it will depend on your location.

Sometimes, parcels may linger a little while in the customs nooks of their destination before continuing their journey to you. These moments are beyond our control, which is why we kindly ask you to allow up to 30 business days for deliveries outside of the US. We thank you warmly for your patience as your treasures travel from our meadow to your home.

If you're ordering a beautiful blanket for a special occasion please leave plenty of time for your order to arrive. If you're not sure if your order will arrive on time, please email us at shop@meadow-moon.com and we can let you know before you place your order.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

We want your order to arrive without any unexpected surprises. While customs or import charges are uncommon, they may occasionally apply for larger international orders outside of the USA.

If this happens, simply contact us with a photo of the charges and we’ll happily reimburse any additional fees incurred.
