How are your blankets made & what are they made of?

All of our blankets are produced on a machine called a 'Jacquard loom', weaving together a combination of monochrome and solid colored cotton yarns one strand at a time, to produce blankets that are 100% cotton.

How do I care for my blanket?

When you receive your blanket we recommend giving it a wash just to remove any pretreatment odor. This is completely normal and will smell as fresh as a summer meadow after its first wash.

All of our blankets can be washed on a gentle wash cycle with a mild detergent - we suggest 30C or 90F. If the weather is dry they will love being hung out to dry outside, but if not they can be tumble dried on a low heat as well.

We DO NOT recommend using any chlorine bleach on your blanket.

Ordering Help

Can my order be gift wrapped?

At the moment we don't offer a gift wrapping or gift message service. This is something we hope to be able to offer in the future.

How can I track my order?

You should receive a shipping confirmation email. This should also contain a tracking link so you know where your blanket is and when to expect it.

If you have double checked that the address details are all 100% correct and your order hasn't arrived within our standard shipping times, please contact us at shop@meadow-moon.com with your order number and will investigate this for you straight away.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately with the details of your order number at shop@meadow-moon.com

if your blanket hasn't been sent to production yet we can usually cancel this for you, but they are a speedy bunch and once the blanket is with our production team unfortunately we're not able to stop the order.

Do you offer refunds?

As most of our orders are personalized and those that aren't are made fresh to order, we can't usually offer refunds on our blanket orders.

However, customer satisfaction is at the very top of our priorities, so if we can refund your blanket we absolutely will, but ask for you to cover the shipping costs back to us.

Please contact us as soon as your order arrives if this is the case at shop@meadow-moon.com and we will help resolve this for your straight away.

Can I exchange my blanket for a different size?

Please double check our sizing charts on our product pages for our blankets before placing your order as we don't offer exchanges as each blanket is printed when you place your order, especially if it is also personalized just for you.

If you're not sure on the sizing and would like some advice, please contact us at shop@meadow-moon.com and we will be happy to help with any questions.

If on the rare occasion you have received the wrong size in error please contact us and will arrange for the issue to be rectified as soon as possible for you.

There is a problem with my product, what should I do?

We're so sorry you have had a problem with your order, sometimes mistakes can happen and if they do, we want to resolve them quickly for you.

To help us resolve any issues with your order, please email us at shop@meadow-moon.com within 7 days or receiving your order and include your order number and any other details or images of the item. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

All of our blankets are produced and ship directly from the USA

Which countries do you ship to?

We happily ship to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and select European countries.

In Europe, we currently offer shipping to Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Finland, Spain, Portugal, Luxembourg, Cyprus & Greece.

We hope to expand to more destinations soon to bring a little piece of our meadow to homes around the world!

How long does shipping take?

Our blankets are made to order, if you have ordered a personalized blanket, we will work on your design and aim to send your files to the production team within 24 hours.

Shipping to the US mainland takes 5-10 business days.

Shipping outside of US mainland can take 10-30 business days. We usually find our blankets arrive a lot sooner than this, but it will depend on your location.

Sometimes, parcels may linger a little while in the customs nooks of their destination before continuing their journey to you. These moments are beyond our control, which is why we kindly ask you to allow up to 30 business days for deliveries outside of the US. We thank you warmly for your patience as your treasures travel from our meadow to your home.

If you're ordering a beautiful blanket for a special occasion please leave plenty of time for your order to arrive. If you're not sure if your order will arrive on time, please email us at shop@meadow-moon.com and we can let you know before you place your order.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

For international orders outside of the USA there may be an additional customs and tax fee.

As customs policies vary widely and this fee is not in our control we suggest you check with your local customs office to verify if they will apply duties and taxes to your order.
